This o-ring is supplied in AS568-117 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 0.799 in (20.29 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.005 in (25.53 mm), catalogued under part number HSN90117. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists ozone and weathering, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for excellent abrasion and tear strength, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with strong oxidizing acids or ketones.
