HSN90155 is an AS568-155 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.987 in (101.27 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.193 in (106.5 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. It resists heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, automotive air conditioning, and engine timing systems.
