APG stocks the HSN90218, an AS568-218 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.234 in (31.34 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.512 in (38.4 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and modern refrigerants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or strong oxidizing acids.

It sees regular use in engine timing systems, heavy-duty powertrain, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
