568-233 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-233 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A with an inside diameter of 2.859 in (72.62 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.137 in (79.68 mm), catalogued under part number HSN90233. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, ozone and weathering, and modern refrigerants. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters.
