This o-ring is supplied in AS568-328 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A with an inside diameter of 1.85 in (46.99 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.27 in (57.66 mm), catalogued under part number HSN90328. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists ozone and weathering, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or strong oxidizing acids.
