Part number HQ4215 is an AS568-215 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.046 in (26.57 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.324 in (33.63 mm). A quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for strong abrasion and tear resistance, low compression set under sustained load.
