HQ4429 is an AS568-429 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.975 in (126.37 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.525 in (140.34 mm). In service, this quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry. The catalog record notes: Made IN China 1-22-10.

Expect good resistance to water, petroleum-based oils, and greases and lubricants. Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, low compression set under sustained load.
