HSN (HNBR) 80 568-002

Part number HSN80002 is an AS568-002 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.042 in (1.07 mm), a cross section of 0.05 in (1.27 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.142 in (3.61 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for excellent abrasion and tear strength, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Expect good resistance to modern refrigerants, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
