HSN (HNBR) 80 568-007

HSN80007 is an AS568-007 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.145 in (3.68 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.285 in (7.24 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to sour gas and amine inhibitors, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters.
