HSN (HNBR) 80 568-024

APG stocks the HSN80024, an AS568-024 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.114 in (28.3 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.254 in (31.85 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or esters.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across oilfield and downhole equipment, heavy-duty powertrain, and engine timing systems.
