HSN (HNBR) 80 568-027

Part number HSN80027 is an AS568-027 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.301 in (33.05 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.441 in (36.6 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for excellent abrasion and tear strength, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C).
