HSN (HNBR) 80 568-030

APG stocks the HSN80030, an AS568-030 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.614 in (41 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.754 in (44.55 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or ketones will shorten service life.
