HSN (HNBR) 80 568-033

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-033 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A with an inside diameter of 1.989 in (50.52 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.129 in (54.08 mm), catalogued under part number HSN80033. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers excellent abrasion and tear strength, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
