APG stocks the HSN80037, an AS568-037 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.489 in (63.22 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.629 in (66.78 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to sour gas and amine inhibitors, petroleum oils and fuels, and modern refrigerants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.

Typical settings include heavy-duty powertrain, automotive air conditioning, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
