HSN (HNBR) 80 568-125

The HSN80125 is an AS568-125 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.299 in (32.99 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.505 in (38.23 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for excellent abrasion and tear strength, oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. It resists petroleum oils and fuels, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and heat and oxidation. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in commercial refrigeration, automotive air conditioning, and engine timing systems.
