HSN (HNBR) 80 568-130

HSN80130 is an AS568-130 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.612 in (40.94 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.818 in (46.18 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Applications involving ketones or strong oxidizing acids call for a different compound.
