HSN (HNBR) 80 568-131

APG stocks the HSN80131, an AS568-131 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.674 in (42.52 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.88 in (47.75 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, heat and oxidation, and modern refrigerants. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
