HSN80135 is an AS568-135 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.925 in (48.9 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.131 in (54.13 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters call for a different compound.
