Ordered as HSN80138, this is an AS568-138 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.112 in (53.64 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.318 in (58.88 mm). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. It resists heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids or esters are present.
