Part number HSN80141 is an AS568-141 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.3 in (58.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.506 in (63.65 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, petroleum oils and fuels, and ozone and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
