Ordered as HSN80146, this is an AS568-146 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.612 in (66.34 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.818 in (71.58 mm). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or esters.
