HSN (HNBR) 80 568-151

The HSN80151 is an AS568-151 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.987 in (75.87 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.193 in (81.1 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. This material stands up to heat and oxidation, ozone and weathering, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where esters or strong oxidizing acids are present.
