HSN (HNBR) 80 568-158

HSN80158 is an AS568-158 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.737 in (120.32 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.943 in (125.55 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, heat and oxidation, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
