HSN (HNBR) 80 568-166

The HSN80166 is an AS568-166 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 6.737 in (171.12 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.943 in (176.35 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for excellent abrasion and tear strength, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. The compound resists modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C).
