HSN (HNBR) 80 568-177

The HSN80177 is an AS568-177 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 9.487 in (240.97 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.693 in (246.2 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. It resists modern refrigerants, petroleum oils and fuels, and heat and oxidation. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters.
