HSN (HNBR) 80 568-201

The HSN80201 is an AS568-201 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.171 in (4.34 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.449 in (11.4 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, excellent abrasion and tear strength. This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and heat and oxidation. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

It sees regular use in heavy-duty powertrain, oilfield and downhole equipment, and commercial refrigeration.
