Ordered as HSN80202, this is an AS568-202 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.234 in (5.94 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.512 in (13 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers excellent abrasion and tear strength, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).

Typical settings include heavy-duty powertrain, engine timing systems, and commercial refrigeration.
