APG stocks the HSN80207, an AS568-207 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.546 in (13.87 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.824 in (20.93 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers excellent abrasion and tear strength, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. The compound resists heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids call for a different compound.
