HSN (HNBR) 80 568-221

Part number HSN80221 is an AS568-221 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.421 in (36.09 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.699 in (43.15 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to modern refrigerants, heat and oxidation, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service.
