HSN (HNBR) 80 568-235

APG stocks the HSN80235, an AS568-235 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.109 in (78.97 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.387 in (86.03 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with chlorinated hydrocarbons or ketones.
