HSN (HNBR) 80 568-250

HSN80250 is an AS568-250 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 4.984 in (126.59 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.262 in (133.65 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, heavy-duty powertrain, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
