HSN (HNBR) 80 568-261

HSN80261 is an AS568-261 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 6.734 in (171.04 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.012 in (178.1 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. It resists heat and oxidation, petroleum oils and fuels, and ozone and weathering. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
