Ordered as HSN80264, this is an AS568-264 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 7.484 in (190.09 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.762 in (197.15 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and modern refrigerants. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for excellent abrasion and tear strength, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or ketones will shorten service life.
