Part number HSN80271 is an AS568-271 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 9.234 in (234.54 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.512 in (241.6 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The compound resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with strong oxidizing acids or ketones.
