Ordered as HSN80275, this is an AS568-275 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 10.484 in (266.29 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.762 in (273.35 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for excellent abrasion and tear strength, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where esters or ketones are present.
