HSN80282 is an AS568-282 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 15.955 in (405.26 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 16.233 in (412.32 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

This material stands up to sour gas and amine inhibitors, modern refrigerants, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in chlorinated hydrocarbons or ketones.
