HSN (HNBR) 80 568-314

HSN80314 is an AS568-314 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.725 in (18.42 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.145 in (29.08 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. This material stands up to heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, engine timing systems, and heavy-duty powertrain.
