This o-ring is supplied in AS568-315 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 0.787 in (19.99 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.207 in (30.66 mm), catalogued under part number HSN80315. It delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Expect good resistance to modern refrigerants, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and heat and oxidation. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons are present.
