Ordered as HSN80317, this is an AS568-317 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.912 in (23.16 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.332 in (33.83 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists petroleum oils and fuels, heat and oxidation, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
