Part number HSN80320 is an AS568-320 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.1 in (27.94 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.52 in (38.61 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. This material stands up to ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
