HSN (HNBR) 80 568-321

APG stocks the HSN80321, an AS568-321 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.162 in (29.51 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.582 in (40.18 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, modern refrigerants, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service.

Typical settings include engine timing systems, heavy-duty powertrain, and automotive air conditioning.
