HSN (HNBR) 80 568-366

APG stocks the HSN80366, an AS568-366 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.225 in (183.52 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.645 in (194.18 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. This material stands up to modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or ketones.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, oilfield and downhole equipment, and engine timing systems.
