HSN (HNBR) 80 568-382

The HSN80382 is an AS568-382 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 12.975 in (329.57 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 13.395 in (340.23 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C).

Typical settings include engine timing systems, oilfield and downhole equipment, and automotive air conditioning.
