HSN (HNBR) 80 568-386

HSN80386 is an AS568-386 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 16.955 in (430.66 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 17.375 in (441.33 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids.
