HSN (HNBR) 80 568-387

HSN80387 is an AS568-387 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 17.955 in (456.06 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 18.375 in (466.73 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

This material stands up to ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and modern refrigerants. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids will shorten service life.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across automotive air conditioning, engine timing systems, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
