The HSN80391 is an AS568-391 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 21.953 in (557.61 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 22.373 in (568.27 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Expect good resistance to modern refrigerants, petroleum oils and fuels, and ozone and weathering. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or ketones will shorten service life.
