HSN (HNBR) 80 568-394

APG stocks the HSN80394, an AS568-394 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 24.94 in (633.48 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 25.36 in (644.14 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, modern refrigerants, and heat and oxidation. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C).
