This o-ring is supplied in AS568-395 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 25.94 in (658.88 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 26.36 in (669.54 mm), catalogued under part number HSN80395. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material holds up against ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and modern refrigerants. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
