HSN (HNBR) 80 568-403

HSN80403 is an AS568-403 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.725 in (43.82 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.275 in (57.79 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service.

Typical settings include oilfield and downhole equipment, engine timing systems, and automotive air conditioning.
