Ordered as HSN80404, this is an AS568-404 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.85 in (46.99 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.4 in (60.96 mm). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Expect good resistance to sour gas and amine inhibitors, ozone and weathering, and modern refrigerants. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with ketones or esters.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, engine timing systems, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
